Independent Manor - Senior low income affordable housing in a 4 storey low rise – Senior low income affordable rent
Allan Bay Manor - Senior low income affordable housing in a one story complex – Senior low income affordable rent

ADULT HOUSING (18+) - One Person Only Per Suite

Bradbrooke Drive – Adult low rent housing in a bachelor/studio suite – low income market rent
Fromm Manor – Hard to house low income adults in a bachelor/studio suite – Applicant must qualify
